Information that should move securely

Full medical records, wound photographs, insurance cards, government identifiers, financial information, and other detailed protected information should be sent only through the secure method provided after Palm reviews the initial inquiry.

Emergency and urgent care

This website and email are not monitored as emergency services. Call 911 or seek urgent medical evaluation for emergencies, severe symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, rapidly spreading redness, fever with systemic illness, sudden limb changes, or other urgent concerns.

Service availability

Website content does not guarantee acceptance, insurance coverage, an appointment, a specific service, or a particular outcome. Availability depends on care needs, location, licensure, insurance participation, scheduling, and the level of care required.
