Patients and families
A wound that isn't healing at home or in assisted living? We come to the bedside, treat the wound, and explain the plan in plain language — in English, Spanish, or Russian.

How fast can a patient be seen?
We move quickly and urgent wounds are prioritized. Call us and we'll tell you exactly when we can be there.
Is mobile wound care covered by insurance?
Coverage depends on the plan and the clinical situation. Call us with the patient's information and we'll walk you through it before any care begins.
Do I need a doctor's order to start?
Start with a call either way. When an order is required, we coordinate it with the patient's physician — you don't have to arrange that yourself.
