Mobility is one of the single largest barriers to consistent wound follow-up. Patients with chronic wounds frequently have the underlying conditions that also limit travel — diabetes, vascular disease, post-surgical limitations, dementia. Mobile wound care removes that barrier entirely. Across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach, Palm Wound Care schedules visits where the patient is and adapts the visit cadence to the wound’s trajectory. Documentation flows back to the treating physician after each visit, and family or facility contacts receive updates on a schedule agreed at onboarding.
